Riner Property Group has changed its operation. We now list and sell all of our clients' homes for the same rate of 1.5% of the sales price. This is 50% less than the normal rate most Realtors prefer. We're still FULL SERVICE. We haven't changed the level of service we provide to you, our clients, nor have we skimped on our professionalism, integrity or marketing. In fact, we have drastically improved our marketing plan for your home. We have improved our efficiency with new technology and procedures and we now advertise your property on more web sites than most real estate companies...where 85% of consumers go to look for homes and property to purchase. Although, 80%+ buyers use a Realtor to assist them in purchasing a home or property.
